Refund Policy Overview

SuiteBoutique offers tailored refund options depending on the type of offering: high-end suite bookings, digital infoproducts, and physical goods. Please review the specific rules below to understand how reimbursements are handled and when change of plans is allowed.

Services

For high-end suite bookings, cancellations requested at least 14 days before check-in qualify for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 14 days before scheduled arrival are not eligible for a refund due to limited suite availability. Guests may request one complimentary rescheduling up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation.

Infoproducts

All sales of digital guides and tutorials are final. No refunds are provided unless the product is proven defective or access fails due to a technical error. In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase to request a corrected link. Approved corrections or alternative access details will be sent via email.

Goods

Physical items, including branded amenities, may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a send-back, contact our support team at least 3 days before shipping the item back. Customers cover shipping expenses. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. If an item arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence so we can ship a replacement at no extra charge.
